When you book a site visit or request a callback, we collect your name and phone number. We use this solely to connect you with the relevant property team.
Your contact details are used only to follow up on your site visit or callback request. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising.
When you chat with the AI assistant on a property page, your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. Conversations are not stored beyond the session unless you submit a booking.
The PropContext MCP and REST API provides access to RERA-registered project data. Queries made through AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) are not linked to individual users. No personal data is collected via the API.
Booking data is stored securely in Supabase. We retain it only as long as necessary to service your request.
